2. Description of Service

FlowLend provides a lending management platform that enables users to:

  • Manage borrower information and loan portfolios
  • Process and track payments
  • Organize and manage lending circles (ROSCA)
  • Generate financial reports and analytics
  • Handle membership and subscription services

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowLend and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWLEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
